Southern Council Approves Reduction in Diesel Emissions Using Current Technology

In an effort to address environmental concerns related to air quality and public health, the Southern Council has passed a resolution aimed at reducing diesel emissions. This initiative leverages existing technology without imposing new taxes or fees on the community. During a recent council meeting held in Busaiteen, chaired by Vice President Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, it was reported that air pollution is a significant issue affecting various regions of Bahrain.
