Saudi Arabia Government Agencies Exempted from Licensing Fines if Violation is Corrected Within a Year

The Saudi Arabian government has announced that government agencies will be exempt from fines and penalties for violating the Law of Municipal Licensing Procedures, provided they correct the violation within one year. The royal decree was issued by King Salman and grants the minister of municipalities and housing the authority to extend the grace period for another year. This exemption covers municipal licenses issued by a royal decree in 1435 AH.
