

The Kuwait Journalists Association (KJA) recently marked a significant achievement with the unanimous approval of its administrative and financial reports for 2023 and 2024. During an assembly held on February 10, 2025, at their temporary headquarters in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, pivotal decisions were made shaping the future of journalism governance in Kuwait.

The meeting was presided over by Adnan Khalifa Al Rashid, Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was joined by key members including Jassim Mohammed Kamal, Secretary; Dahran Aba Al Khail Al Mutairi, Treasurer; and fellow directors Rabia Hussein Makki Al-Juma, Yousef Ahmed Al-Shehab, and Awaid Abed Al-Anzi. The presence of Iman Saleh Al-Anzi from the Ministry of Social Affairs emphasized the collaboration between the journalistic community and governmental bodies.
